      • Your design does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights

      • If a copyright owner, trademark holder, or other rights holder contacts the fulfillment partner regarding your design, they may be directed to you as the responsible party

      You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the store and the fulfillment partner from any claims, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from your submitted design.

      Refusal or Removal

      The fulfillment partner reserves the right to refuse, remove, or cancel any design or order if there is a reasonable belief that the content infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws or platform guidelines.

      Refunds for cancelled orders may exclude costs already incurred.
